This private residence in Park City’s upscale King’s Crown development offers over 4,000 square feet of living space accommodating up to eleven adults. Positioned at the base of Park City Mountain Resort—the country’s largest ski resort—the home provides panoramic Wasatch mountain views while remaining within walking distance to Main Street shops and restaurants.
The home’s showpiece is its 1,200-square-foot lower-level entertainment space, meticulously themed after Stanley Kubrick’s “The Shining.” The replica Gold Room bar features authentic brass inlays and a lightbox, while the billiards area mirrors the Overlook Hotel’s game room with custom chandeliers and period-appropriate furniture. A replica Adler typewriter sits behind the theater seating with Jack Torrance’s infamous typed pages. The entertainment level also includes a ten-person movie theater and an in-ground hot tub.
