Positioned along the 14th fairway of 3 Creek Ranch golf course with the Grand Tetons as its backdrop, the 6,121-square-foot Cody Creek residence evolved from a spec home into a personalized mountain retreat. The new owners collaborated with Big-D Signature and interior designer Barry Johnson during construction to customize finishes and add personal touches. Following the successful initial build, the homeowners invited Big-D Signature back for a second phase, bringing the total construction to 25 months. This expansion added a prep kitchen, art room, and solid walnut wine room with precise temperature and humidity controls for enjoying fine wines amid mountain vistas. The project also included a master closet expansion and laundry room relocation. The property features an attached 3-stall garage and a detached luxury guest house connected by a picturesque courtyard with a tranquil water feature and impressive hardscape that harmonizes with the surrounding mountains. The home’s living room showcases four custom full-height glass wall systems with sliding doors that pocket into walls, seamlessly connecting indoor and outdoor spaces. Fully equipped with a Control4 AV system throughout, Cody Creek represents modern mountain living with thoughtfully integrated rustic elements that complement Jackson, Wyoming’s stunning natural beauty.
