The 5,422 square foot Coal & Lumber building was transformed as the newest Talisker Club gathering place, all while keeping the iconic building preserved as a part of Park City history. Talisker Club’s newest addition delivers a fresh, downtown dining experience within walking distance of Main Street and can be enjoyed by both members and non-members.

Historic Coal & Lumber Building Reimagined

The reimagined building concept includes a fine dining restaurant, Courchevel Bistro, that features French-European-style cuisine. Visitors can also enjoy a coffee shop and wine bar on the upper level. The lower level features a members-only Après Ski Lounge which features a bar, lounge, ski storage, and a private outdoor patio which was remodeled to include an outdoor trellis with gas overhead radiant heaters for year-round usage.
