The resort, located at the edge of the scenic 1,200-acre Swaner Nature Preserve, is a blend of contemporary and luxury. Newpark Hotel and Condominiums is conveniently located just minutes from the ski resorts of Park City.
Unique Resort Amenities
Overall, the project was comprised of 20,000 square feet of retail space; 5,000 square feet of meeting space; and 125,000 square feet of condo/hotel space. There are 124 spacious guest rooms and suites and 20 two-bedroom townhomes. Big-D Construction installed the numerous amenities in the resort, including an indoor/outdoor pool and spa, an exercise room, a steam room, a sauna, lockers, and a lavish day spa. The unique exterior materials, including master-crafted stone cladding, copper siding, and trestle wood siding, blend the resort with the rest of the Newpark development. Each suite and townhome have a private deck with a freshly-filled hot tub.
