Big-D Signature

Gently terraced down the mountainside, the nearly 8,000 square-foot Cascade Home brings a unique contrast of steel, concrete, glass, and stone to Park City.

Designed by renowned architect, Wallace Cunningham, and built by Big-D Signature, the entryway features a pivoting glass door, steel and glass elevator, and a floating walnut staircase.

The massive home also features an extraordinary sectioned, zinc roof, glass partitions between rooms, interior doors made of solid walnut, polished and cleaved stone flooring, ledger stone walls, and several expansive windows—including a clerestory—that allow the sun to shine in from all angles.

Behind the Details

A Mountainside Gem

The owners wanted a mountainside gem, so no matter where you look, the Cascade Home is distinctly magnificent. Yet somehow, the artistic house welcomes guests in with a flourish of comfort and intriguing hospitality. The cutting-edge design and masterful execution make this project one of Big-D Signature’s grandest.
