Casa De Los Peregrinos Newport Beach

About This Project

Casa De Los Peregrinos is a 12,400-square-foot masterpiece blending French and Spanish country aesthetics. This extraordinary residence, which took over three years to complete, represents the collaborative talents of more than 300 artisans.
Set against panoramic views of Santa Catalina Island, Big Corona Beach, Newport Harbor, and the Balboa Peninsula, the estate reveals itself through an intimate interlacing of rooms and structures—much like a memorable pilgrimage unfolds. The property features reclaimed wood and tile, boulder, brick, and wrought iron throughout, creating an inviting retreat with undeniable character. The home includes five wood-burning fireplaces, a sauna, powder room, butler’s pantry, scullery, stone-slab bridge crossing a water feature, an interior stair tower, library, wine cellar, and a backyard chapel. Every detail—from the gardenesque landscaping to the cozy nooks and eclectic furnishings—was thoughtfully designed to create a sanctuary where time slows and beauty surrounds.
