Aspen Meadows
About This Project
Seamlessly integrated into an aspen grove hillside, this Jackson Hole residence masterfully balances contemporary design with rustic elements. Floor-to-ceiling glass walls frame breathtaking views spanning the entire Teton Range, while reclaimed timber and natural stone anchor the modern structure within the region’s historic landscape. This distinctive home emerged from a collaborative design-build partnership between JLF Architects, Big-D Signature, and WRJ Design. Every aspect reflects the owners’ personal vision—from a custom-designed pantry spice shelf to exterior wood reclaimed and stained to evoke the weathered charm of Tennessee farm buildings. The property extends beyond the main house to include a hand-hewn timber guesthouse featuring a sophisticated executive office. Expansive outdoor living spaces integrate a spa, fire pit, and dining pavilion for seamless indoor-outdoor enjoyment. Thoughtful architectural details—like the “remnant” stone walls and board-formed concrete fireplace in the primary bedroom—exemplify our commitment to harmoniously blending traditional craftsmanship with contemporary design throughout this bespoke mountain retreat.
