Wells Fargo Jackson Town Square

Constructed on Jackson Town Square, the Wells Fargo Town Square bank is the first ground-up project to be built upon the square in 20 years – adding to the promising future of a historical and charming town. Big-D Signature is proud to have made history with the successful build of the LEED-certified bank building.

2,558 sq ft

Jackson, WY

When it comes to history, the 2,558-square-foot, the bank sits in quite an iconic spot. Jackson Town Square draws in 2.6 million visitors per year and is the location of the Jackson Town Square Shootout, a nightly old-time gun fight with roots in town history and lore. To accommodate the tourists who flock to this popular spot, Big-D Signature built a wider boardwalk that wraps around the bank building, offering picture-perfect summertime views of the shootout. As the building sits in such a tourist hotspot, it’s no surprise that Big-D designed and built the bank’s roof to accommodate an outdoor patio deck for a future restaurant on the adjacent property.

The project was completed in just 18 months, which included design and preconstruction time. Conveniently, the bank was finished in June 2019, just in time for summertime visitors to enjoy the square and shootout festivities. Cheers to the Old West!
