Located just minutes from the historic Park City Main Street is the Park Meadows Country Club. The Park Meadows Country Club and its golf course have become local treasures in Summit County, Utah. The clubhouse was first constructed in 1994 and has since welcomed golfers from all over the world. In fact, its renowned Jack Nicklaus signature golf course is home to 10 PGA Senior Tour events.
The clubhouse had not seen a major renovation since its opening in 1994 and was overdue for significant systems and structure updates. In November 2016, Big-D Signature commenced a major renovation of the Park Meadows Country Clubhouse.
With spectacular views of Park City Mountain Resort (one of the largest ski/snowboard resorts in the United States), Big-D Signature teams would spend about a year constructing a 7,000 square-foot addition to the existing clubhouse. The project also included the remodel and renovation of the 16,500 square-foot facility. The goal was to transform the clubhouse into a state-of-the-art “mountain contemporary” facility.
The renovation carefully reconfigured the main floor to showcase the mountain views. There is also a seamless indoor/outdoor dining experience available to members and their guests. What is sure to catch your eye are the glass chandeliers that will guide patrons from the front entrance to a panoramic view of the golf course and Wasatch Mountains.
The official ribbon-cutting ceremony was held on the front steps of the Park Meadows Country Club on December 7, 2017. During the ceremony, Park Meadows Country Club president Greg Clark called the project a collective “team effort”. An unexpected four-legged guest briefly interrupted the ceremony to the amusement of guests and the Park Meadows Country Club staff.
