National Ability Center Expansion


In 2018, the National Ability Center announced plans to expand its facility. Big-D Signature is currently working on two large projects as part of the expansion. Signature will expand the organization’s equestrian building. The two-story expansion will also feature new entrances, a viewing and lounge space, meeting rooms, a physical therapy clinic and office space for employees and volunteers.

In addition to the expansion of the equestrian center, Signature is also constructing a new Recreation Center for the National Ability Center. This new facility will include activity space and rooms for meetings and conferences. The project is expected to be complete in the summer of 2019.

The National Ability Center was founded in 1985 and works tirelessly inspire and support people of all abilities. Headquartered in Park City, Utah, the organization provides adaptive lessons, equipment, camps and more for individuals and families. The facility also provides training for Paralympic athletes from around the world. In fact, there are lodging facilities for athletes and coaches at the Park City campus.
